Yes. Every NorthernHour watch includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in workmanship and supplied components under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, water exposure beyond the stated rating, or repairs and modifications performed by third parties. To submit a claim, contact our support team with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
We build our watches using genuine TMI movements, including the NH35 automatic, NH34 GMT, NH38 open-heart, NH71 skeleton, and VK63/VK64 meca-quartz chronograph calibres. Each movement is paired with carefully selected aftermarket dials, cases, hands, crystals, bracelets, and straps sourced from independent OEM and non-OEM suppliers.
Most custom NorthernHour watches are built, inspected, and expected to arrive within approximately 2–3 weeks of ordering. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, customs processing, and carrier delays. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Water resistance varies by model, ranging from 30m / 3 ATM to 200m / 20 ATM. The exact rating is listed on each product page. Always ensure the crown is fully secured before water exposure, and avoid exceeding the stated rating. Watches rated at 3 ATM or 5 ATM are not recommended for swimming or diving.
