NorthernHour is an independent custom-watch business.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, NorthernHour is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to Seiko, Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier or any other third-party watch company.

No third-party watch manufacturer is responsible for NorthernHour products, customer service, warranties, returns or business operations.

References to third-party brands, movements, components, product styles or compatibility do not imply an official relationship.

3. Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party company names, product names, trademarks, service marks, logos and design references appearing on the website belong to their respective owners.

Any reference to a third-party trademark is used only where reasonably necessary to:

Identify a movement or component;
Explain compatibility;
Describe product measurements or specifications;
Distinguish one type of product from another; or
Describe general design inspiration.

Use of a trademark does not mean that the trademark owner has approved, manufactured, sponsored or endorsed the NorthernHour product.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, a NorthernHour custom watch should not be understood to be an original factory-produced watch from any third-party watch brand.

A component will only be described as “genuine,” “original,” “authentic” or by another similar term where NorthernHour has a reasonable basis for that description.

Customers should review the complete product description and configuration information before purchasing.

5. Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, original website content is owned by or licensed to NorthernHour.

This may include:

The NorthernHour name and branding;

Product descriptions;
Product photography;
Videos;
Graphics;
Configurator materials;
Website layouts; and
Marketing materials.

NorthernHour will not knowingly make a material substitution to a confirmed custom order without communicating with the customer.

Pricing errors;

NorthernHour may correct an error and may cancel or refund an affected order where legally permitted.

Specific warranty coverage is governed by NorthernHour’s One-Year Limited Warranty and Repair Policy.

A watch should only be treated as water resistant where a specific water-resistance rating is stated on its product page or accompanying documentation.

Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease through normal wear, gasket aging, impact, crown use or unauthorized opening of the watch.

Customers should follow all care instructions and product-specific restrictions.

NorthernHour does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
