1. Independent Custom Watch Builder

NorthernHour is an independent custom watch modification and assembly service.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any of the following brands or their subsidiaries:

  • Seiko Watch Corporation
  • Rolex SA
  • Audemars Piguet
  • Patek Philippe
  • Cartier
  • Or any other luxury watch manufacturer referenced on this website

All brand names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Trademark and Brand Use Disclaimer

All third-party brand names are used strictly for descriptive purposes only, such as:

  • Identifying case styles or compatibility
  • Describing design inspiration or reference styles
  • Indicating aftermarket part compatibility

No claim of ownership, affiliation, or endorsement is made or implied.

NorthernHour does not sell official products of Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Seiko, or any other luxury brand.

3. Custom Builds and Aftermarket Components

All watches sold by NorthernHour are:

  • Custom-built or modified timepieces
  • Assembled using aftermarket, replacement, or modified components
  • Not manufactured, authorized, or approved by any original watch brands referenced

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Products are not factory-original luxury watches
  • Manufacturer warranties do not apply
  • Specifications such as water resistance, movement accuracy, and durability may differ from original brand standards
  • Each piece is individually assembled and may contain variations

4. No Misrepresentation Policy

NorthernHour does not represent its products as authentic or official goods from any third-party brand.

We do not sell counterfeit products.

All items are sold as independent custom builds inspired by or compatible with certain design standards.

Any resemblance to existing luxury watch designs is incidental to component compatibility and customization purposes.

5. Intellectual Property Respect

All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

NorthernHour does not use or reproduce any brand logos in a way that implies ownership or official collaboration.

Any references are strictly nominative (for identification purposes only).

6. Product Representation

We aim to accurately represent all products, but:

  • Images may include reference builds or prototypes
  • Final products may differ slightly due to assembly and component availability
  • Custom builds are not mass-produced factory items

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthernHour is not liable for:

  • Water resistance failure
  • Movement or mechanical issues arising after purchase
  • Loss or indirect damages

All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

8. Compliance and Good Faith Operation

NorthernHour operates in good faith as a custom modification service.

We do not intend to mislead consumers regarding origin, sponsorship, or authenticity of any products.

If any brand owner believes content is inappropriate or infringing, they may contact us for prompt resolution.

9. Governing Law

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes shall be handled in Ontario courts.
