At NorthernHour, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be unopened where applicable
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original tags, accessories, inserts, and protective materials
  • Be in the same condition that it was received

All returned items are subject to inspection and assessment before a return, refund, or exchange is approved. NorthernHour reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Worn or used products
  • Opened products that were sold sealed or protected
  • Damaged items caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

If an item is marked as final sale at the time of purchase, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as NorthernHour is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for your financial institution or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

We may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for verification purposes.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm eligibility and product availability.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

NorthernHour reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or cancellations in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.
